At times our lives can become overwhelming, confusing and chaotic; we may feel like we can’t breathe. I’m here to help you figure things out. I can provide you with a safe space to be heard and say exactly what you mean without judgement, only compassion and empathy. Growth is uncomfortable. I can provide you with the tools you need to manage the “uncomfortableness” by helping you challenge stressful thoughts by being in the present moment.
